I didn't really win $63 million dollars.

It's all part of my elaborate plan to lure people here so they can pick up my new album Brain Storm.

Hahaha I tried to think of an oddly specific number so I guess I was successful.
EXCEPT- my oddly specific number... was a thousand times more- than the oddly specific number you originally believed it to be.
But anyway...
Let's face it though- the real x-factor, is the 63.
Regardless of whether there's 3 zeroes or 6 zeroes behind it... the 63 is what makes the number oddly specific.
