Okay, this was a close one (cliche review phrase, but true), but my vote goes to Phonix.

But yo Phonix, you gotta find a better spot to record or something, it sounds real "tinny". idk what your setup is, but if it's a bedroom setup, I'd work on trying out different spots or getting some sound dampening foam or something. You win in my book though, so good luck in the coming rounds if you advance.

I love chill beats like this dude. And this is a fine example of hip hop chill, so great work! It's not really the style of beat I spit over, but it's dope and I'd love to hear what one of these guys can do with it.
